Enyeama named among four record-making goalkeepers

Vincent Enyeama, former Super Eagles goalkeeper, has been endorsed by UEFA as one of the four goalkeepers who have scored a goal in the history of the Champions League. According to UEFA's official website, the other goalkeepers who achieved this feat are Ivan Provedel, Sinan Bolat, and Hans-Jorg Butt.

Enyeama joined this exclusive list when he scored from the spot in Hapoel Tel Aviv's 3-1 defeat to Olympic Lyon of France on September 9, 2010. Later, he moved to Ligue 1 club Lille, where he also enjoyed a successful career.
Butt, during his active days, converted three penalties for Hamburg, Bayer Leverkusen, and Bayern Munich in the Champions League.
Bolat and Provedel also scored one goal each from the spot, just like Enyeama.
